Quinn's First Christmas Gift

For Quinn's first Christmas, I wanted to get him something that was truly just for him. When I came across this personalized book, I thought of how amazing it would be, to read him his own little story as a baby and as he grows up he'd be able to read it himself and be so proud so have a book with his own name in it.

One thing that had me sold on this book was a few months back before Quinn was born, Dang's mother pulled out his baby memory book to show me and I had never thought of such a thing! Isn't that silly? I didn't realize how detached I was from keepsakes until that moment. She had also given us some nursery books that she read to Dang as a baby! My eyes are getting misty again 😢

After that moment, I thought about how nice it is to be grown up and see memories from your childhood. I had ordered my own memory book shortly after that and began filling it up with notes, photos and keepsakes (this one!). I also have a small box that I started filling with his things, like his coming home outfit, his first halloween costume and yes... his umbilical cord. Is that weird? I don't care! I'm hoarding memories here.

The Little Boy Who Lost His Name is a children's book of adventure that you can personalize with your own child's name and according to each letter of their name, the tale changes. You can also add a personalized message at the end of the book.

This is the perfect gift for birthdays or holidays, maybe even a shower present, if you know the baby's  name. They're currently having a 20% off sale to ring in the new year!
